We have been with Webhosting UK since May 2009. Obviously if we had the money we would go with someone like Rackspace but for budget hosting they are very good. We have a dedicated server with them. Reliability and uptime has been excellent. Customer service and the technical knowledge of their staff has also been very good. We may be getting some Cloud Hosting off them in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been with them for a couple of years now. Really first class. Responsive. Helpful. Cost effective. An infinite improvement on Webfusion (who drove me away with their staggering incompetence)

I have used Web Hosting UK for the past few months for my current website and I also used them a few years ago. To date I have had nothing to complain about. There was a fault with their server once and I contacted them and it was resolved within minutes.

These people were fine until recently. I am now shut out of my own site, can’t upload, can’t get onto my CPanel. They were distinctly unhelpful last time on the ‘chat’ with Kevin when I tried to fix the ftp upload problem. Now I can’t even get onto their own site.
