I’ve been using these guys for a couple of years now, just for my own little music website.

I’m not a technical person and they were really good setting up the domain name and stuff for me.

They even helped me with the design of my website, at no cost(!), when I had some problems and it’s really easy to maintain your website using the control panel (CPanel).

I’ve lost my login password a couple of times and have actually managed to speak to a human being over the phone (not an Indian call centre thank god! No offence….)

All for the princely sum of £3.99 a month! Top guys.

If you want reliability, minimum downtime at a reasonable price these are the people to go with. We have been hosting our site with them for over 5 years and have never had any problems. Their customer support setup is great. I have forgotten passwords on occasion and was able to retrieve them with the minimum delay. The customer support guys always get back to you within a few hours. I would highly recommended nativespace to anyone looking for web hosting solutions.

Nativespace have been hosting my site for a few years now and I have no complaints. The turn-around for support is excellent, not that much needs doing most of the time. The cpanel interface is really easy to use and gives loads of flexibility – the email, simple websites and the more complex stuff is easily managed through this system. These guys will even help you out if you run into real problems that you just don’t understand – in my case normally user too stupid errors!

No complaints at all: I’ve been with Nativespace for a couple of years now, and most of the stuff is exactly as it says on the tin. The few issues or queries I’ve ever had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

(As for the comment above, it’s quite possible that Nativespace asked some customers for testimonials – nothing wrong with that – which is why they had a few comments in a short space of time. Speculation like this is no reason to give someone a poor rating which they almost certainly don’t deserve)

The reason these reviews have been written as their service is awesome. I was skeptical about moving my host and they took care of everything.

Yes there are a couple of things that annoy me, but the support has always been there to answer my questions.

As a PHP/MySQL web developer I needed a host that could provide me with multiple services including PHP[5], Apache[2.XX], MySQL[5], Email (with SMTP Access), PEAR and Ruby On Rails – NativeSpace provided me with them all.

Not only do they provide these services at a really good price they are also up to date and use the latest versions, rather than some of the hosts out there who haven’t taken the time to update their software.

On top of all this they are swift in their service creation – oh and to David Dunlop above, I assure you I am a real customer and a happy one at that .

Other services they offer include but I do not use include: PostgreSQL, Fantistico ->Joomla, Drupal…, Perl Modules etc
