Donhost (now merged with Webfusion) offer service levels that are totally unacceptable and they seem to be completely out of their depth. Tickets can go days without getting a response and the staff have a "can't be bothered" attitude. I've been with Donhost for several years - great service when they were independant, but after being sold service has dropped below an acceptable level. In their dying days it's time to leave. But wait i can't it is your server that is down... Please avoid for your own saftey.
