Overall experiences are unbelievably poor. 5 day plus ticket waits, crap service, and rude customer services, and not caring that your website is down – basically i was told to resolve to myself – then hung up on. But wait i can’t it is your server that is down…
Please avoid for your own saftey.

My recent experience is the same as the previous reviewer. Donhost (now merged with Webfusion) offer service levels that are totally unacceptable and they seem to be completely out of their depth. Tickets can go days without getting a response and the staff have a “can’t be bothered” attitude. I’ve been with Donhost for several years – great service when they were independant, but after being sold service has dropped below an acceptable level. In their dying days it’s time to leave.
