Absolutely awful. They don’t reply, they say things that turn out to be wrong, still waiting 10 days to have websites made available so they can be transferred to another provider after my old one crashed. I would say they don’t deserve to be trading, but that’s probably libel. Should be banned.

Do not use these rip off cowboys.

I had the service for a year when signing up you have to enter a credit card for auto renewal.
First year cost was £56 for the year.
This year it is £126 on an auto payment.

I do not think that a change from £56 to £126 is a fair and reasonable price increase ( The notification of this was sent to my Spam box by my email program so I got no notice)

After I complained stating this was not not a fair increase, I basically got told tough luck and there is nothing they can do.

I also cannot remove my credit card details to prevent this from happening again.

Very poor service and very dodgy business practice.

We have been buying and managing our domain names with 123-reg for nearly 10 years. They are excellent, we would highly recommend them.

123-reg has not been a good experience for us. The stories I could tell. Not recommended!
